Chavan started Sant Gajanan Maharaj Rural Hospital &Research Centre in 1992 by keeping in views future demands of socity and industry to face challenges of Medical, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Education, Management, Science and technology.

गडहिंग्लज तालुक्यातील इंचनाळ येथील गणपती मंदिर हे नैसर्गिक व ऐतिहासिक स्थळ म्हणून ओळखले जाते. गडहिंग्लज पासून पश्चिमेस 7 किमी अंतरावर इंचनाळ हे गाव आहे. येथे हिरण्यकेशी नदीच्या काठावर गणपतीचे सुंदर मंदिर आहे. सुमारे1907 ते 1908 गोपाल आप्पाजी कुलकर्णी यांनी निधी उपलब्ध करून दिला. एक पुनर्रचना करून घेतली. आणखी नूतनीकरण स्थानिक लोकांच्या मदतीने1987 ते 1992 च्या दरम्यान करण्यात आले होते.1992मध्ये  दुसरे महादेव मंदिर समर्पित केले. याव्यतिरिक्त त्याच्या आवारात एक प्रभावी सभामंडप आणि बाग आहे. या मंदिरात काळ्या  दगडाचीएक गणेश मूर्ती आहे. मूर्तीची उंची 2.5 फूट आहे. हे मंदिर प्राचीन आहे. भाविक दर संकष्टीला मंदिरात येतात.
