Dr. A. D. Shinde Institute of Tehnology (DADS) is an establishment of Dinkarrao K. Shinde smark trust, Gadhinglaj. The prime motive of the institute is to inculcate moral values in the students of 21st century. Even the institute aspires to change rural potential into modern technologies. The institute is approved by All India council for Technical Education(AICTE), Delhi recognized by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt.of Maharashtra and affilated to M.S.B.T.E Mumbai.
Dr. A. D. Shinde Institute of Technology (DADS) is one of the outcomes of sincere efforts of  Mr. Shripatraoji Shinde(EX MLA). His aim is to impart quality education to the students from rural area. Definately, DADS will cocontribute in national development  by it’s engineers.

Inchnal Ganpati Mandir

गडहिंग्लज तालुक्यातील इंचनाळ येथील गणपती मंदिर हे नैसर्गिक व ऐतिहासिक स्थळ म्हणून ओळखले जाते. गडहिंग्लज पासून पश्चिमेस 7 किमी अंतरावर इंचनाळ हे गाव आहे. येथे हिरण्यकेशी नदीच्या काठावर गणपतीचे सुंदर मंदिर आहे. सुमारे1907 ते 1908 गोपाल आप्पाजी कुलकर्णी यांनी निधी उपलब्ध करून दिला. एक पुनर्रचना करून घेतली. आणखी नूतनीकरण स्थानिक लोकांच्या मदतीने1987 ते 1992 च्या दरम्यान करण्यात आले होते.1992मध्ये  दुसरे महादेव मंदिर समर्पित केले. याव्यतिरिक्त त्याच्या आवारात एक प्रभावी सभामंडप आणि बाग आहे. या मंदिरात काळ्या  दगडाचीएक गणेश मूर्ती आहे. मूर्तीची उंची 2.5 फूट आहे. हे मंदिर प्राचीन आहे. भाविक दर संकष्टीला मंदिरात येतात.
